Our marina has a wide variety of slip options available, right here on Falls Lake…the perfect family location between Durham, NC and Wake Forest and a close drive from anywhere in the Triangle area. RVM has fixed or floating slips, which come in up to 50′!

- Up to 24′ – $2,335.00
- Up to 30′ – $2,820.00
- Up to 40′ – $3,580.00
- Up to 50′ – $4,740.00
- Up to 60′ – $5,360.00
Offered on an annual contract only. Prices for our marine amenities are determined by the length of the boat. Water and electricity is available at all wet slips.
Storage:
- Trailer Storage – $300.00 With Wet Slip
- Uncovered Storage – $1,250.00
- Covered Storage – $1,570.00
All contracts are on a yearly basis and ramp fees are included. Boats are kept on trailers in a fenced-in area. Only the dry dock tenants have a combination to the gate. Customers are responsible for launching and retrieving their boats.
